Chris Frey: We have a question regarding importing of leads and this is one of my questions I had too actually, is I see all the various leads that existed that the agent could pick from or see.
Could you expand on how those make their way into the platform? Is it done via Salesforce or a CSV or manual entry?
Christopher DeLeon: For sure, so we can definitely do it through Excel, CSV, Comma Delimited I believe and also we can have APIs to automatically update those leads as well.
So if you have a Salesforce, if you have a Dynamics or another platform that's open through APIs, that platform can API that data into Engage Voice.
We do plenty speed to lead campaigns think of like Lending Tree, where we want to dial that contact as soon as possible, as long as the APIs are there to send us a context we can automatically load them as well.
