Ken Blanc:  So, RingCentral Cloud PBX for Microsoft Teams, why would an administrator want this? Well, some of things we've already talked about. So advanced calling for Microsoft Teams. So again, it's really that robust PBX functionality that RingCentral Office brings to the table.

Our global network capability and availability with our Global Office countries as well as our IBN capabilities which really extends the reach globally of the RingCentral Office platform. Native integrations with business apps.

So, a lot of times you may be a Teams user, but you also may be using Dynamics or you may be using another CRM application like maybe Salesforce.com. And so you can use the softphone inside of Teams associated with the RingCentral integrations into those applications as well. Real-time data backed decisions.

So, with the Analytics Portal, you can still utilize the adoption and usage reports, which is really great for leaders of the business to be able to see what type of adoption is happening within the platform.

If you're into a more of a call center, and you need to have live monitoring capabilities of queues or something of that nature, you can take advantage of the lag reporting option or RingCentral Office platform as well. And then it's simple to adopt and use. So, you're already managing a Teams environment as an IT professional, and there really isn't a whole lot of difference, right?

You are still going to be managing really two separate systems because you're going to have your Teams environment plus RingCentral Office environment. But the RingCentral Office environment really through the service web makes it a very simple and capable system to managing multiple users over multiple locations.
