Converged Technology Professionals will be donating their Miller Park suite for auction to help raise funds for the non-profit Honor Flight Network to enable veterans to travel and visit national memorials dedicated to their service.
Milwaukee, IL CT-Pros, an IT and unified communications consulting company, is honored to participate in the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators (WALA) East vs. West Big Hearts Campaign fundraiser for the Honor Flight Network, an organization dedicated to honoring veterans’ desires to visit memorials commemorating their service to the country.
Together with WALA, Converged is auctioning their Milwaukee Millers Park Brewers suite for the Brewers vs. the Pirates game on September 13th, 2017 as part of the campaign to support the cause.
The campaign comprises of East and West teams (Milwaukee and Madison regions respectively) who will compete to raise the greatest amount of funds for their selected Honor Flight charities. CT-Pros is the captain of the East team. The winning team will be announced on Nov. 1, 2017 at their Fall Social where the funds will be presented to each charity.
The funds are used by the charities to arrange and provide an all-expense paid trip for veterans to visit memorials that have been erected in honor of their service. Many veterans who served during WWII, the Korean War, Vietnam, or who are terminally ill can experience personal and emotional closure with the events that they and their fellow servicemen sacrificed so greatly for.
“It is touching to know that we can be a part of helping our veterans have an opportunity to visit memorials that they would not otherwise be able to do on their own,” states Liz Krause, Director of Customer Relations and Marketing at Converged. “WALA’s Big Hearts Campaign is a great cause and goes to show why we are proud to be a part of this great association.”
