Marketing Assistant (internships considered)

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing intern to be a part of our growing marketing department.  The position will start at 15 hours a week with potential for more, and will be under the supervision of the President of Business Development and the Marketing Director.

If you are looking for a career in business marketing and want real-life experience working with multiple areas such as content marketing, data management, branding, social media, and more, then we’d like to hear from you.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have multi-tasking and organizational abilities.  The successful candidate will also have knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms. 

The most important requirements are integrity in your work ethics, respect for others, and understanding that there is always more to learn.

This position can either be a paid internship program to help gain real-life experience in a marketing environment, or a part-time position for the right candidate. The program will initially run for 3 months where there will be an evaluation to continue the internship or employment based on a variety of factors including performance and economic factors.   We reserve the right to terminate the program early if the candidate is not meeting performance expectations.

Location: Remote, located in the EST or CST zones


Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaign planning and execution (email campaigns, events, promotions)
  • Assist with the creation of written, video and image content for marketing channels
  • Assist with website tasks such as formatting blog posts to follow SEO best practices
  • Understand our branding guidelines and usage of our logos and our partner logos
  • Assist with entering and tracking data in our CRM and other marketing software programs to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with daily administrative duties as needed
  • Work with a cross-functional team (Marketing, Product, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support acquisition and engagement goals.
  • Analyze data to monitor site performance and uncover areas for improvement.
  • Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
  • An eye for aesthetics is a plus and working with graphics programs


Required Qualifications

  • Must be in Junior or Senior year in college to apply for internship
  • Applicable knowledge of web platforms and HTML
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with marketing software and/or platforms
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Understanding the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • You work independently and with others, and handle multiple simultaneous projects with various lead time.

Business Development Rep

We are seeking friendly and highly energetic candidates to be a part of our Marketing and Sales teams to increase new opportunities in our pipeline. This position will involve generating leads, soliciting new potential customers and assisting with lead follow up on marketing campaign initiatives. 


Hours: 8am to 5pm. This is a full-time position.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

  •  Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling and emailing
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Calling and emailing marketing qualified leads 
  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email and chat to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
  • Follow our pre-sales process and consistently use our CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management.
  • Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.

Cloud Implementation Specialist 

We are seeking a Cloud Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this position you will serve as the "Bridge Between" us, our customer, and Ring Central, our hosted provider.  You will become fully versed in every aspect of the unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solutions that we offer.  Ultimately, you will deliver these solutions to our customers. 

We are highly flexible on experience and training. Finding an individual who is passionate, accurate, dedicated and dynamic is our goal.  A Cloud Implementation Specialist can come from a variety of call center, project management, sales and/or customer service backgrounds. What they all share is a passion for customer service and delivering excellence every day.

Hours:  8:30am to 5pm. This is a full time position.

Location: Remote Office based in Metro Milwaukee or Greater Chicago

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Liaison between Converged, the Customer and RingCentral
  • Provide Expertise, Consultation and Advisement to customers on their journey to cloud communications
  • Design and Document new RingCentral UCaaS systems
  • Provide end user training on RingCentral IP Phones and related software packages.
  • Assist with First Day of Business Go Live Support
  • Monthly check-ins with customer to evangelize both Converged and Ring Central products and services
  • Special Professional Services projects for clients
  • On-Going Account Management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Sales, Project Management or Software Training
  • College Bachelors Degree or better.
  • 4+ years experience using a PC with various software packages.
  • Assertive, energetic, great attitude, dedication to excellence, ability and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time
  • Ability to work early and late when scheduled in advance

Other Desirable Skills

  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Experience with telephony systems highly desirable.
  • Quick, accurate typing ability; comfortable maneuvering through Windows and web based applications and enjoys learning new technology

I.T. Engineer

Hours: 8am to 5pm. This is a full-time position.

Location: Pewaukee, WI

You will be responsible for the installation, service and support of customer I.T. and network systems.  Finding an individual who is passionate, accurate, dedicated and dynamic is our goal. Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1& Tier 2 support on a daily basis.
  • Perform all aspects of day to day customer system maintenance.
  • Perform upgrades on customer systems.
  • Perform new system programming per design documentation.
  • Perform cutovers (basic low voltage wiring) at customer locations to new Unified Communications systems.
  • Maintain customer networks.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in I.T., networking related job.
  • Mid to Advanced level understanding of LAN/WAN/WiFi.
  • Mid to Advanced level understanding of VMware.
  • Advanced understanding of Layer 3 static routing and VLANs.
  • Advanced understanding of Windows Server administration.
